Founding Team

Nikhil J. Jadhav (Founder)

Nikhil J. Jadhav is a history researcher, author, and Founder of Historywaves. He holds a B.E. in Civil Engineering, M.A. in History, and M.A. in Economics, has qualified the State Eligibility Test (SET) in History, and is currently pursuing doctoral research (Ph.D.) in History as a Research Scholar. His research interests include Indian history, Maratha history, the medieval Deccan, historical methodology, and heritage studies. Through Historywaves, he aims to bridge academic research and public understanding by presenting history in a clear, evidence-based, and accessible manner.

Deepika Jadhav (Co-Founder)

Deepika Jadhav is the Co-Founder of Historywaves. She holds a B.Sc. in Physics, LL.B., and LL.M., and is a University Rank Holder in the Master of Laws (LL.M.) programme (33rd Rank). Her multidisciplinary academic background strengthens Historywaves' commitment to research, education, and responsible publishing. She contributes to the organization's strategic vision and supports its mission of transforming knowledge into a lasting legacy.

  Introduction Among the numerous monuments that define India's architectural heritage, Humayun's Tomb occupies a distinctive position as the earliest fully developed imperial mausoleum of the Mughal Empire. Constructed between 1565 and 1572 CE under the patronage of Empress Bega Begum (Haji Begum), the tomb commemorates Emperor Humayun, the second Mughal ruler and father of Emperor Akbar.
